How are y'all doing??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

We'll be skyping 8:00 am our Christmas morning, which, if im not wrong is 6:00 pm your Christmas Eve.

I did not get the letter from you pops.

Congrats on the baptism back home! The elders are probably pumped.

Kinda crazy that Amy's married now. Kinda seems unreal, especially because I haven't seen the pictures yet buttttttttt i hope i was there in Spirit. I was wearing the pink tie and all. Everyone was asking me if it was a new tie.

This week...we got lost a lot haha. We went and visited this less active family who live way out in the rice fields of our area. It's actually a pretty sad situation. The husband and wife recently got divorced. The wife is from mainland China, where all her family and friends are but the husband says if she goes back he won't let her see the kids ever again. She still has a really strong testimony but the husband just had a very doubtful look on everything. We were able to have a really good lesson about faith and believing.

This Sunday J told us she wanted to fast for her baptism and we decided to fast with her. And guess what? everything bad that could have possibly happened, did. haha seriously. Her dad got really mad at her because they said she didn't ask for his permission to fast. Our investigator A who was going to come to church an hour early so we could sit with her cancelled. A super cool guy who we'd added for church earlier in the week stood us up. A had to go to cram school earlier this week so him and his family couldn't come.

A is not getting baptized on the 24th because of his dad, who wants him to wait until he's 18 to make the choice. Even though at the beginning he'd say he'd make his own choice..

J was able to come though, which is super cool. She's still in a weird limbo of trying to decide if she's gonna keep meeting with us or not.

A couple cool new investigators this week, one girl who's super doubtful of everything we say and another guy who's been christian since he was born but was kinda put off by all of the faults in the different churches/lacked the courage boldness to do what God wants him to do.

Don't know what else to say. Love you have a great week, see ya on Sunday!

Love, Elder Nelson

P.S. I sent some christmas letters back that i may need you to help me forward on....thanks :)

Decemnber 12,2016 Transfers - Remain with E. Thomas

How are y'all doing??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

So transfers came in on Saturday and....i am going to be in Wu Feng for another 6 weeks with Elder Thomas! haha this is the third in a row...after this transfer we will have been companions for almost 7 months which is kinda nuts...together we have experienced each others' birthdays, the 4th of July, halloween, thanksgiving, and soon to be christmas, New Year's and Chinese New Years.

I got the package this week with the invitation and tie for Amy's wedding! Crazy to think that that's actually happening this week. 2 weeks till Christmas..we'll probably be skyping y'all on our Christmas morning which will be y'all's Christmas Eve night?

I feel like a lot of stuff happened this week but not a lot at the same time..kinda like every week i guess.

The highlight was probably on Sunday when A came to church with his WHOLE FAMILY. haha he hadn't even confirmed for church and then he walks in, and we see his little sister walk in after and we're like "No way his mom came too--" at which point his mom walks in behind him. We were so nervous haha it was the primary program and the kids were not putting on their finest performance. There was also a couple arguing in the pew in front of us, with a baby screaming somewhere off to the side. But, at the end an area seventy from Hong Kong bore his testimony about the simple truth that we are all children of God and we can learn from the humility of our children. The mom ended up really liking it and wants to come back next week. A has a baptismal service scheduled for Christmas Eve! :)

Besides that, J dropped us then undropped us all in the span of a couple days. She told us that she didn't want to keep meeting with us and wouldn't really tell us why and we were super confused because she had been progressing so well. Turns out, her boyfriend doesn't like her meeting with us and pretty much gave her an ultimatum that its the church or me. We essentially told her that if she was willing to give up/deny all of the feelings that she had had up to this point because of being afraid of hurting someone's feelings that she was making the biggest mistake of her life(kinda bold i know). We made her a cake for her bday and talked about stuff a little. Anyways, as of now she's trying to sort through her feelings so some prayers could be used her way!

This Wednesday the sisters who came out with us are going home to America so we went back and saw them off. It was incredibly trunky. haha didn't even seem real really. Also got to see the Feng family who were our investigators back in Gao Xiong and who are still doing incredibly well! It was sad to hear that a couple of my RC's in that same ward have already become less active so that's kinda put me in a sad mood. It was the two who i felt like needed more time but my companion at the time thought they were ready. They could also use some prayers.

Besides that, T, S and A now work out with us every morning at the park by our house so that's fun.

Also our outlet blew up on me as i was going to bed the other night. That was pretty scary.

Can't think of much else...Love y'all have a great week!

How are y'all doing???????????????????????????????????????????????????

So exciting to hear about the baptism over there! Im sure the missionaries are pumped. Do you know how they ran into her?

Not sure how much longer elder thomas and I will be companions...the next transfer is coming this weekend. We're hoping we'll at least have another 6 weeks together.

What happened this week? I feel like that's what i ask my companion every week when we come to the computers haha.

The only thing that i really remember is a member had us over for real american steaks on saturday night. He's a super bro, always helping out us missionaries.

I thought i'd just talk about some of the people we're working with right now.

A This Wednesday after English we were able to talk to his mom and had a really good talk with her. She does not oppose Alan coming to church, she actually encourages it. She says that she wants to come with him! She will let it be up to him if he wants to get baptized. The main issue is with the dad who is apparently the one who is super Yi Guan Dao. The converation with his mom was 100% guided by the spirit we had planned out what we had wanted to say with her but then when she came it all went out the window and it was like i was guided perfectly every step of the way with what i needed to say with her. Super cool.

J Shes the same age as us, a junior at the college in our area. Praying and Reading and came to church  this Sunday! The first two hours she thought were pretty boring but Relief Society came in the clutch and she ended up really liking it. She's progressing really well and seeing our Heavenly Father is answering her prayers in small and simple ways.

T and J. Didn't come to church this week! :( they said they were gonna come and didn't end up coming. Which happens a lot in Taiwan, but not expected with them. Hoping to go visit J tonight.

V  The guy from China! came to church for 3 hours and was super happy!

AM's been going out with us a lot recently and doing missionary work recently! She wakes up at 6 in the morning and works out with us sometimes as well. I've been super grateful to be able to develop a better relationship with our Rc's over the past few months. Seeing their testimonies grow has been awesome.

The mission album is getting closer and closer to being finished.

Time is flying over here.  I love y'all. I know God exists and am so grateful to be his missionary for a short time. Have y'all seen the christmas video yet?

Loveyall! have a great week!

November 28, 2016 Thanksgiving Feast

How are y'all doing?????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Yeah her mom rode her scooter over and gave us a lunch box of food, super nice of her!

How's that lady with the three kids doing? Do  you get to know the investigators at all?

How are the Irelands doing?

Hey pops i know im a missionary but that experience with your endocrinologist bone doctor sounds like a great missionary opportunity. I think at moments like that is when the Plan of Salvation has the most meaning to people!

So for the most important thing that happened this week: Tuesday night we went on exchanges. We locked the keys inside and by the time we got home it was too late to call the lock picker guy. So we spent 2 hours trying to figure out how to break into our own home haha, We attempted using all sorts of different tools to pick it, reach around, etc but they all didnt work. So we ended up using Elder Thomas's knife to cut through one of the bars so that we could reach our hand around and open up the door.

Besides that, it took us multiple nights of cooking food to get our Thanksgiving feast up to standards. We wanted to make the food as close to the real deal as possible,  We had one of our RC's G go to Costco to get a Turkey for us but the turkey was too big for our tiny little oven so we had to cut it up and cook it in 2 pieces and even then it barely fir in. We also made stuffing(which I completely winged), jello from gelatin(which was a complete failure), gravy, sweet potatoes, rolls, apple pie, mashed potatoes and brocolli. We blew all our money and ate to the point of being about to explode but it was so worth it.

Besides that, A is still super amazing. He still really wants to get baptized on Christmas Eve and is sharing stuff that he learns with us with his mom so that she will have her heart softened. T and Jerry came to church this Sunday again. They're both still doing really well. We also had a cool experience with J this week as she started to realize some answers to prayers that she has gotten from Heavenly Father!

Yeah that's about it...my arm is getting better it just gets reaggravated easily on a bike when i have to brake really suddenly. It stinks because i can't do upper body workouts but ill survive.

Love y'all have a great week!

Monday November 21, 2016 Thanksgiving Week

How are y'all this week????????????????????????????????????????????????????

...Speaking of doctors, I got to go see another doctor this week wahoo! haha we were riding home one night and out of nowhere this scooter comes from my side and knocks me into another scooter who's parked on the side of the road and I fly off my bike. The guy turns around for one sec to make sure im still breathing then zooms off into the night. It wasn't that bad, except i used my arm to take the brunt of the fall so my arm swelled up really big and was in a lot of pain. Nothing broken, just a bad sprain. So now i got a little brace thing. More memories in Taiwan!

Also T  (and her son S) will be coming next year at the end of June! Since the opportunity to come to America is like once in a life time for them they'll probably be staying a few weeks. Sister L from my last area will also be coming at sometime, just not sure when yet.

BTW dad what is the name of the chinese restaurant that you go to when you go to DC? We met this Taiwanese guy at a train station who opened a really famous chinese restaurant in DC.

A came again to church this week! He's such a bro it's unbelievable. This week after English class though we got a text from him saying that his mom doesn't want him to get baptized because she thinks that he's already 一貫道(Yi Guan Dao, a religion that is a bunch of religions mixed in one). He went on in the text however to say that he will do his best to persuade her because he knows that Heavenly Father is real. He's such an amazing kid, reading and praying every night.

T and J also came to church for a couple hours!

This Pday we're going to buy a lot of groceries and try to create our own little Thanksgiving dinner this Thursday! haha you know how much i love to cook. Throwback to when it was the Hamster, Hales and I in Montana and i still forced them to make thanksgiving dinner with me! haha

Besides that, some of our other investigators are V(bro from China), S (freshman in colege), E (junior in high school), H and J  (amazing kids who are waiting till 20 to be baptized), A W  (bro from Vietnam),  T (a referral from a lady in our ward), J  (a junior in college who's our english student as well).  A lot of em have been able to make it out to church, I'll let ya know next week how they're prgoressing!

How's that mom and her 3 kids doing? the recent convert? I hope you realize how big a difference a good gospel principles teacher can make senor!

haha times up but love yall have a great Thanksgiving! Im so grateful for all of the family members and friends in my life! They are what get me through! Love you all!

What's goodddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd.

The klan's all doing great, enjoying life in Austin

Not a lot of time, buttttttt highlights from the week:

We found out that Trump won the election during an RC lesson with Tand S....That was kinda nuts. Taiwanese people care more about it than Americans.

A set a solid baptismal date for Christmas Eve! Him and E both came to church this week. A is seriously incredible. We asked him what he thought the purpose of life is and he said "learning and growing in families and that we should share this beautiful message with everyone"

We have a couple investigators named T and J. Which is purely coincidence.

G went to TGI Friday's on Saturday night and came by our apartment bringing us the leftovers. Hence the ribs and other delicious american food.

I know a lot of other stuff happened this week but can't remember........

Look at elder Thomas's email for other stuff

Love you all have a great week!

Notes from E. Thomas.......

good morning family

im currently amazed that its already November of 2016...

once in awhile i have moments where im like...

oh yeah.. im a missionary.. this is super cool...

or like.. oh yeah i speak Chinese!

i think about where i would be in life without my mission and im very happy i made the choice to come here.

days go by very fast... ive already been in this erea for 8 weeks...

ive seen a lot of miracles here with elder nelson.

these last 2 weeks we have been able to help 16 new people come to church and three of them set baptism goals :) one in particular is named A and he is so amazing

we asked him what the purpose of life is and he answered to learn and grow with our families....

we were like..... yeah... thats right...

then at church he was asked to say the closing prayer and in his prayer he asked heavenly father to help us be able to come to church every week to learn more...

elder nelson and i were knuckle bumping during the prayer XD

meanwhile president drove over from the mission office to meet our Filipino investigator who placed our pigeons which is the chinese way to say... never showed up...so that was awkward...

elder nelson and i spent 30 minutes sharing what we wrote about the mtc in our journals and realized we wrote the wrong character for the chinese word "chinese" and he blames me but im pretty sure it was his fault. so we argued about who asked who how to write the character... its one of those -we will never know till heaven -things...

i was just reminded: this week we were fed noodles soaked in octopus ink... which was.. interesting.

How are y'all doing??????????????????????????????????????????

Yeah daylight saving's is not a thing here...

Yeah pops im here for another transfer!

This week was a good one and a hard one. The hard first I guess. We met with G (one of our RC's)'s little sister Gl this week and we taught her about the restoration of the gospel. She seemed really receptive to it all then the next day called us and told us (almost straight out of the District if you've seen those videos) in English "The Mormon isn't for me." She said she'd flipped through the Book of Mormon for a few minutes said a prayer and felt like it wasn't for her. She kept telling us that she had her truth and we had our truth and that was that. It sucked to be honest. Btw that's a concept that i thought i'd never have to deal with - the idea that there is not one truth. We'll ask people sometimes 2+2=4, that's truth right? And they're like "you don't know that." So yeah try helping someone feel of the truth of a message who doesn't believe in truth.

Also our mongolian investigator A told us she chose not to believe. L and A also dropped off this week.

BUT, Alan is doing super well! He's started reading in the Book of Mormon through the first 7 chapters of 1 Nephi. Him and his friend eric have both been praying daily!

Also a guy from China who we contacted a while back came to church and loved it! He told us he wants to come every week.

And on monday i went and bought a new pair of running shoes because my old ones were in holes. And we started talking with the girl who works there about the Book of Mormon and she has a lot of interest. She feels like shes been away from God for a while and wants to come closer to him again. Also she was wearing a tom and jerry shirt that said jerry on it and when we asked her what her name was she looked down at her shirt so now she has become jerry.

So yeah we're excited for all of the potential the area has right now, we had 10 investigators at church on Sunday!

Oh and i ate pig skin this week. and liked it?

Love yall have a great week!

How are y'all doing?????????????

So first before i forget some questions i need to ask y'all. 1) Did you ever know a Fillmore family in Oregon or a Child Family in Texas? 2) I pretty much offer an open invitation to my good friends here that if they can make it to America, they could stay in our house and eat our food and meet my family, especially since they're so good to me. A lot of people say they'd love to come, but I think Tina and Steven might actually be able to come and visit next summer around the fourth of July time! I think it would be super fun for y'all to be able to meet some of the amazing people that i've met over here! Would you foresee any problems with that?

As far as this week..transfers came, and as expected, I am going to be with Elder Thomas (Not Taylor mom lol) for another transfer here in Wu Feng. We're pretty excited about the next transfer coming up. Last one was hard in the fact that a lot of our investigators either fell off or wouldn't progress, but we took some time to kind of evaluate where we were and where we could improve so that we could see more success.

This last week we actually saw a lot of cool miracles. This week we were able to meet with G (yes that is actually her English name), who is the sister of our recent convert Gr. She basically told us that she had been struggling with whether she wanted to meet with us or not for a month (since her sister's baptism in september). And the only reason we had planned to meet was to help her with some English. But she told us she had said a really genuine prayer and that she had received a prompting that she should meet with us and be open to new ideas. She specifically said she had a similar prompting to T, telling her "What are you afraid of?" Anyways we met with her and after helping her with English she said she wanted to repay us for us helping her and we told her the best way she could repay us would be to study about the restored gospel. And she said ok lets do it. So that's exciting!

Also Tuesday night we were on exchanges and we were late coming home (it was 9:35) and we were at the last stoplight before home. I was pretty beat at this point. But anyways i start speaking in English with this kid on the back of a scooter and i'm thinking they're about to buzz off  (the light was turning in like 5 seconds) so i in desperation askedthem to pull up to the park in front of us so we could talk for a bit. I invited them to english class the next day and the kid was super pumped about the class. He said he was gonna come 10 minutes early (Granted we have a lot of experiences like that where the people never show up). Fast forward to the next day. The kid walks in 10 minutes late and trailing in behind him is his entire family! After class i talked with him about the Book of Mormon and they said this week we could go visit their house after english class and share about the gospel with them!

Besides that, the C Family and S were able to make it to church yesterday! A was able to help S at church which was great.

I can't remember much of what else happened this week. Excited for a fresh start at the start of the transfer.

This morning I was reading Lehi's vision and for the first time i noticed that it says that the people fell down and partook of the fruit. I thought it was super interesting how it said that they first fell down and then partook of the fruit. I think it taught me that before we can feel of the strengthening power of the Atonement, we have to be humble enough to "fall down" and confess that His Atonement is real. That God is real, we don't know everything, but He does. We have to be humble enough to choose to believe, and then only can we enjoy the deliciousness of the fruit.

I love y'all, hope you have a great week!

How are y'all??????????????????????????????????????????????

So this week wasssssss a tiring one. To be honest the majority of the investigators that we have right now are on the verge of being dropped. And we haven't seen a lot of success recently as far as finding super "golden" investigators. Also i just realize i have 8 minutes left so herrrrrrwego.

Besides that we had a couple big conferences because Elder Funk, the Asia Area President came and visited our mission. The main focuses of the conference were on how to use the Book of Mormon and working with members. I love what he said about the Book of Mormon. It's what separates us from every other religion and I've seen the power and change that it can bring to someone who's willing to read it with an open heart throughout my mission.

We've been teaching a lot of foreigners recently, vietnam, indonesia, mongolia, etc. Had a really interesting lesson through a phone's translator one night. Also learned the vietnamese alphabet. Vietnamese is HARD. The lesson reminded me of my first one in the MTC haha. Luckily we have the pamphlets and the Book of Mormon in all of these different languages though so we manage.

Oh and yeah Friday we were eating lunch when i randomly realized that i was eating with 2 general authorities and how normal it felt..only on a mission.

I'm out of time and can't really remember what else happened. Oh we taught an entire college class!

love you have a great week!

How are y'allll?????????????????????????????????

That's scary about Grandma! Do they know what it was that caused it?

This week's kinda been the same. We recently haven't had a ton of super "golden" investigators. We've had to/are on the verge of dropping a lot of them. This week, however we were able to find a few new ones so i can tell y'all about them. One's name is R. Her father is from India, her mother from a place called 福建(FuJian) in China. She herself grew up in Indonesia until she was essentially bought by her husband and brought over to Taiwan (sadly that happens quite a bit over here). She eventually found a way to divorce him but still lives with him and her kid. It's kind of a strange situation. She's a Christian and feels like she's been too far away from God for too long. It's also kinda an interesting time trying to communicate with her because her Taiwanese (what her mom spoke with her growing up) and her indonesian are fluent while her english and chinese are both kinda ok. Luckily, we have church members who can help out.

We also met E, a coworker of one of our Recent Converts A. she's willing to listen but she seems to kind of see it as something new and fun versus something that can actually bless her life. Speaking of A, she's seriously incredible. Her parents got divorced right when she was about to go to college, and since then she's pretty much had to provide for herself as well as send money home to her mom who can't work because of her body AND she still pays tithing. She lives off of 2000 a month for food which is the equivalent of 50 or 60 bucks. And she loves sharing the gospel with everyone. She really wants to be able to share it with her family, friends, and even strangers on the streets. Super cool.

And then we met a dude named  程鋮 (CC) from mainland China! He's a super bro, over as an exchange student for a couple years. Like most people from China, doesn't believe in God but thats ok. He's willing to learn.

I did learn a few more notes on the guitar, my callouses continue to grow.

Yeah Judy's mom brought us pizza, fried chicken and squid balls! haha it was so nice, she's the nicest lady ever!

Food - i've been eating a lot of sweet potatoes recently. haha they're cheap and filling.

We went on 2 exchanges this week, with Elder Wills and Elder Booth. Both bros.

Oh and Pday we went to the biggest museum of natural science in Tai Zhong with one of our recent converts G! super fun, felt like America tbh.

Love y'all and hope y'all have a great week!!!!!!!

October 10, 2016 Little Brother Turns 18!

How are y'all??????

Sorry im sending this out a little late but i'll try to get as much down as possible.

Right now we're working really hard but not seeing a lot because of it. Hopefully this week some more stuff will start to happen.

3 things stick out from this week.

1) We literally taught a lesson in a small Buddhist/Daoist Temple this week. That was strange.
2) I told you my companion is sick at guitar right? Well he's teaching me how to play guitar. I'm slowly developing callouses on my fingers. Normally only get like 5 to 10 minutes every night to practice unfortunately. Buttt he's compiling an album about our mission and i get to add some insight every once and a while. Some of it is actually pretty dang good.
3)Conference! We got to listen to general conference this week which was super fun. All of the missionaries have the tradition of buying a bunch of snacks for it. It's like a huge party. But apart from the all of the asian crackers that were consumed, there was also a lot of spiritual food consumed. There was a lot of stuff that impressed me but i think the one that kept sticking out was the theme of learning to better love the Lord Jesus Christ. Bednar touched on it, about truly coming to know Him. I thought it was so interesting because he made the point that we may believe in Him, but that doesn't necessarily mean that we have come to KNOW him. I hope when I see Him again it won't be someone that i feel like I've never met. Someone else made the simple advice to learn to love the savior more and you'll hurt less. I know that that is true. The Atonement of Jesus Christ is beyond anything that we can comprehend. I love Jesus Christ and everything that He did for me I hope that as i continue on, i will be able to better understand how I can come to know Him and love Him more fully.

Love y'all hope y'all have an amazing week!

October 3, 2016 Aftermath of Typhoon Last Week

Elders Thomas and Nelson Post Typhoon

How are you?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

This week was a good and a tiring one. I dont know, I think the stress must be catching up to me because I've just been so tired and stressed recently. Whichhhhh I think is in big part because of a few mishaps with our investigators. This week kinda just had a lot of really unfortunate stuff happen. The worst of which was with Y and E, 2 of our investigators. A member in our ward said we could invite some investigators over to eat pizza so we set up for the two of them to go to this members house. The plan was to have a lesson with E first at 11 then we would all eat pizza at 12. Y especially had told us that she didn't want to talk about church stuff, she just wanted to get to know some members or what not. Well, there was some big miscommunication because we had a lesson with  E at 11 and then at 12 Y came and the member was like "k bye E" and awkwardly made her leave and we were like "uhh whattttt" and then when Y came he tried to have a lesson with her for an hour, meanwhile we were wondering when the pizza was coming out. Then after this horrible hour discussion  she awkwardly says she has to leave and so we try to leave with her but then the member in front of this investigator is like "no elders wait! We're going to feed you lunch" and we were like you have got to be kidding me.....better yet E feels like she was lied to and doesnt want to meet with us for a while, while Y has also been showing less interest since that day. So yeah that was terrible.

Tuesday the typhoon came. It was pretty nuts, even here in Tai zhong. To be honest, we probably shouldn't have gone outside but we did. My companion got his bike blown out from below him. Luckily none of the big stuff that was flying through the air hit us. It was funny, if we biked one direction (with the wind) we would be going faster than the cars and if we were going the other (against the wind) we could barely move. But yeah trees and debris everywhere  per usual. We eventually made it back home safe.

Besides that, we continue to meet a lot of cool new people. This week will be a big one to see which of them actually start progressing. It's been fun being with Elder Thomas again. We get along really well.

Zone Conference was on Friday. There were 2 parts that particularly stuck out to me. The first was a quote by Einstein that I'd never heard before. It's his definition of insanity : doing the same thing over and over again, expecting different results.I feel like that applies to us all, not just as missionaries. And second, was about the enabling power of the Atonement. President emphasized that a lot of us are familiar with the cleansing aspect of the Atonement but not so much with the enabling power that it has. He quoted Elder Bednar "I suspect that many Church members are much more familiar with the nature of the redeeming and cleansing power of the Atonement than they are with the strengthening and enabling power. It is one thing to know that Jesus Christ came to earth to die for us—that is fundamental and foundational to the doctrine of Christ. But we also need to appreciate that the Lord desires, through His Atonement and by the power of the Holy Ghost, to live in us—not only to direct us but also to empower us.
Most of us clearly understand that the Atonement is for sinners. I am not so sure, however, that we know and understand that the Atonement is also for saints—for good men and women who are obedient, worthy, and conscientious and who are striving to become better and serve more faithfully." I hope as i continue my mission (and throughout my life) that i will be able to better understand the Atonement, especially how it can enable and empower us to become the best person possible, to become more like Jesus Christ.

Love you guys! have a great week!

September 26,2016 Typhoon Coming

What's goooooood.

So i dont have a lot of time but i thought pictures would be worth a lot more than a long email so that's what i sent. We did a ton of finding this week. It was good, felt like a missionary.

Random Funny Story from the week: Remember that vietnamese guy? He invites us over for lunch. well when we get there there are about 50 vietnamese people crammed in a tiny little room (imagine a shipping crate) where they'er all yelling in a language that i can't understand chugging beers and laughing. They all of a sudden break into this chant that sounds a little like the hakka then down their drinks. They also dunked their rice rolls into the beer which looked pretty interesting. We try talking to the people next to us with no success. I ask the one guy to go outside and we talk to him and a couple of his friends on a sofa that looks like it was left outside of a dumpster just in the middle of the parking lot.

Teaching a lot of college students right now. Will give a better update next week.

God is real. If we're just willing to look we'll see his hand in our lives
